Synopsis
京都花街，数百年来见证多少繁华落寞与悲欢离合，随着昭和33年《卖春禁止法》的颁布，这条花街也即将退出历史舞台。藤乃屋的女佣时子（宮本真希暂无内容饰）家境贫寒，为了改善贫困的状况，她自愿来到这里工作，并立志成为一名艺伎。四年时光倏忽而去，因政府的禁令和时势的衰退，藤乃屋的经营也举步维艰，女主人里江（富司纯子暂无内容饰）与主要赞助人吉川（津川雅彦暂无内容饰）的决裂无疑又给藤乃屋以致命的一击。为了改善经营状况，同时也为完成时子的夙愿，苦经磨练的时子终于要成为一名艺伎了……
