If you are a copyright holder and believe content indexed on Kuai-Bo infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown notice. We will review and act on valid notices within 24-48 hours.
A valid DMCA notice must include: (1) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed; (2) the URL of the infringing content on Kuai-Bo; (3) your contact information (name, address, telephone, email); (4) a statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized; (5) a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner; (6) your physical or electronic signature.
Send the notice to dmca@kuai-bo.com. We will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours. If your notice is valid, the content will be removed from search results and the listing will be hidden. We may also notify the source of the takedown.
If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice including: (1) identification of the removed content; (2) a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed by mistake; (3) your consent to the jurisdiction of a federal court; (4) your physical or electronic signature. We will forward the counter-notice to the original claimant and may restore the content after 10-14 business days per DMCA procedure.
