Synopsis
解放前夕，我地下党为配合解放军渡江，计划策动敌海军起义。打入敌海军司令部的我党地下工作者陈志航，在地下党员林唯实的领导和配合下，获取了敌江防计划，知道了长虹号是敌江防的主力舰。他与长虹号的党员傅亮一起，启发水兵使他们掉转枪口。在长虹号要打内战的关头，击毙了伪舰长，将长虹号开出港口，直奔烟台，起义获得成功。
