Synopsis
帕克（丽塔·海华斯 Rita Hayworth 饰）生得娇俏可人，从小热爱表演的她长大之后成为了一名舞蹈演员。在《名利场》举办的封面女郎大赛上，实力过人的帕克夺得头筹，本以为事业就此可以平步青云的她并没有想到的是，自己即将面临非常困难的选择。 一位非常富有的制片人内奥（李·鲍曼 Lee Bowman 饰）看上了帕克的美貌，向她抛出橄榄枝，发誓如果帕克愿意和自己在一起，将会出资将她捧成百老汇最当红的明星。但这也意味着，帕克将要背叛自己深爱的小男友丹尼（吉恩·凯利 Gene Kelly 饰）。在名利和真爱之间，帕克会做出怎样的选择呢？
