Synopsis
一个英国小殖民地遭到其共产主义邻国的入侵。新当选的美国女总统芭芭拉·亚当斯试图平息这场混乱，但英国首相莫蒂默·克里斯爵士率领的英国派出特遣队试图夺回这些岛屿。为了报复，共产主义国家的领导人莫斯奎拉将军雇佣了世界上最厉害的恐怖分子拉克罗巴特，绑架英国公主温迪，以此勒索赎金迫使英国撤军。现在，芭芭拉不仅要对付莫斯奎拉和拉克罗巴特，还要应对彻底疯癫、胡思乱想的莫蒂默爵士（他甚至提出把失业者推下悬崖，还声称所有失业问题都是邪恶的小精灵造成的）。此外，她还要面对俄罗斯正寻求援助共产主义国家，而这可能会引发第三次世界大战……
