Synopsis
时代为明治末期――苦于贫穷的天才歌人・石川啄木，因一桩杀人事件为契机，开始以公寓为据点的侦探社操业。其名为“啄木鸟侦探社”。 “浅草十二阶幽灵骚动”、“雪夜中在街上徘徊的吃人人偶”……啄木总会主动投入各种奇怪事件，而担任他助手的、就是他的同乡前辈・金田一京助。 以文明开化的东京为舞台，八面玲珑的天才歌人・石川啄木引领风潮，拉着同为文人同侪的野村胡堂、吉井勇、萩原朔太郎、若山牧水等人一起展开全新生活。
