Synopsis
丹尼尔（文斯•沃恩Vince Vaughn 饰）一直以来都是一个在职场中默默无闻的小白领，虽然他拥有着不输于其他人的能力，但总是得不到上司的重用。长此以往，丹尼尔的心里越来越不平衡，最终，他提出了辞职，并且自立门户，成为了老东家的竞争对手。 虽说丹尼尔如今翻身做了老板，但他的手下只有两名员工，他们是初出茅庐的麦克（戴夫•弗兰科Dave Franco 饰）和职场老江湖提摩西（汤姆•威尔金森Tom Wilkinson 饰）。为了报复前老板，丹尼尔带着两名员工前往欧洲，准备去和老东家争夺一宗大生意，能否成功做成这笔生意，关系到丹尼尔公司的存亡。好巧不巧，在目的地，丹尼尔和他从前的主管重逢了。
