Synopsis
在技术的尽头，发达至极限的超高度文明。由于过去的“感染”，失去了正常的机能而化作无秩序，并无限地增殖的巨大阶层都市。失去了都市控制权的人类，沦为被防卫系统“安全警卫”驱除、抹杀的存在。在都市的一角苟延残喘的“电基渔师”的村民们，也在安全警卫的威胁与慢性的食粮不足之下，濒临灭绝的危机。少女祖露为了拯救村子而踏上寻找食粮之旅，却立即被“监视塔”检测到，并遭到安全警卫群的袭击。在伙伴被杀，退路被断之时出现的是，寻找着被称为“使这个世界正常化的钥匙”的“网络终端遗传因子”的探索者·雾亥。
