Synopsis
克拉拉（索妮亚·布拉加SoniaBraga饰）年近60，曾经是一名出色的乐评人。如今，克拉拉孤身一人居住在一座名为“水瓶座”的大楼里，这座风格非常独特的大楼建造于20世纪40年代，有着非常久远的历史。克拉拉非常喜欢这座毗邻着大海，拥有着美丽外观的大楼，将其视作自己的完美住所。某日，克拉拉得知一家大型地产商买下了整栋大楼，并且准备将它拆除，这也就意味着克拉拉要在期限之内卖掉自己的房子。面对强权，克拉拉当然不会轻易屈服，在所有的住户都搬走的情况下，克拉拉成为了水瓶座大楼里的“钉子户”，用自己的方式和贪婪的地产商开始了一场旷日持久的战斗。
