Synopsis
故事发生在2020年的日本，一宗名为“复仇法”的法律的颁布，引领着日本人民步入了新的法律时代。复仇法规定，所有想要为死者复仇的人，他们将会和凶手一起被送往位于太平洋中的孤岛蛇岩岛上，在那里，复仇者们将被给予精良的武器和定位装置，在接下来的18小时内，无论发生了怎样的暴力流血事件都将不被政府追责，但如果最终复仇者不能杀死凶手，那么凶手将会被无罪释放。
