Synopsis
林虹是一名金融专业教授，在证券研究方面颇有建树，却一直未找到爱情的归宿。为此，林虹参加了缘分派对的活动，认识了谎称自己是某广告公司策划人的阳光集团总经理郑天行。 阳光集团在董事长的指示下大做假帐，虚抬阳光股份的市场收益率，而此时林虹接到了北京证监会约稿，选取了阳光集团作为研究对象，在调查中发现阳光集团巨大的财务问题。于是林虹写文章披露了自己的研究，引发了她与郑天行、阳光集团、安信会计公司以及作为银行行长的父亲之间的一连串故事
