Synopsis
高兰香是某农业合作社的生产队长、共青团支部书记，而且还是一个新式工具的创造者。兰香和她的未婚夫——解放军某部排长谷志强原定春节结婚。后因部队打破常规过春节，谷志强随部队去十三陵水库工地参加建设，不能回来。恰好，合作社也要兴修水库，决定派兰香和志强的父亲谷景春到十三陵水库工地学习。
