Synopsis
蔡俊因《荒村公寓》一书走红，表妹苏萌同粉丝会书迷踏上寻找荒村的旅途，而在签售会现场，陌生女孩欧阳小枝拿出一张来自荒村的照片后神秘消失。书迷自荒村归来后，身陷诡异迷局，预言成真。苏萌男友霍强怀疑这一切与小说有关，和蔡俊一起展开调查，根据线索找到一座同名的荒村公寓，不料遇到神秘租客小枝，屋内的诡异景象让蔡俊渐渐感觉到他和小枝之间，存在千丝万缕的联系，而荒村是解开秘密的钥匙。在早已废弃的古老山寨里，欧阳、祝由、西巫三大家族的恩怨情仇渐渐浮出水面，一连串诡异事件的真相也呼之欲出，荒村宝藏传说的秘密终于解开，可在地宫秘境里，一路携手走来的蔡俊和小枝经历了一场生死离别。.
