Synopsis
朱丽叶（西德妮·斯威尼 Sydney Sweeney 饰）从小就生活在姐姐薇薇安（麦迪森·伊瑟曼 Madison Iseman 饰）的光环之下，薇薇安比她漂亮，比她有才华，比她受欢迎，还考入了她梦寐以求的音乐学院。所有人都坚信薇薇安在音乐方面前途无量，终将功成名就。 一次偶然中，朱丽叶捡到了一位自杀的女生遗留下来的乐谱，她演奏了这份乐谱，并且被其中诡异而又优美的旋律所深深吸引。学校正在招募音乐会钢琴独奏的人选，薇薇安显然是胜算最大的那一个，然而，朱丽叶凭借捡到的乐谱将这个机会从姐姐的手中夺走，这亦造成了姐妹反目。之后，朱丽叶感到自己内心的欲望越来越膨胀，她想要得到更多。
