Synopsis
1973～90年にかけて少年マガジン（週刊、月刊共）や週刊漫画ゴラクで連載された永井豪のバイオレンス・アクション『バイオレンスジャック』。大地震によって本州から分断され無法地帯となった関東を舞台に、人々を暴力で支配しようとするスラムキングと、それを阻む大男バイオレンスジャックの戦いを描くストーリーで、本作はそのOVAシリーズの第３作。血しぶきや内臓が飛び散る過激な暴力シーンが随所に登場する。
