Synopsis
在音乐界打滚多年的拉杰米，为实现理想决定组成一个名叫＂承诺＂的合唱团，将美国黑人灵魂音乐引入爱尔兰的都柏林，并且得到贫苦劳工大众的共鸣，但由于他找来的社会各式各样的成，员因而此就在拉杰米努力鞭策他们成为一个完美的合唱团时，人算不如天算，许多不可控制的因素，使得言这个即将成功的团体面临解的命运.
