Synopsis
蓝天（倪虹洁 饰）是一名网络主播，在一场相亲之中，她意外的被身为妇产科医生的相亲对象孙桡（邱泽 饰）诊断为已经怀孕。孩子的父亲，是龙套小演员黄斗（喻恩泰 饰），而此时两人已经分手，黄斗和名为菊子（赵文琪 饰）的女孩走到了一起。 得知蓝天怀孕的消息，善良正直的黄斗决心负起责任，他离开了菊子，回到了蓝天的身边，暂时没有能力抚养这个孩子的两人决定将孩子打掉，可是事到临头，蓝天却犹豫了。当黄斗得知两人爱情的结晶还好端端的待在蓝天的肚子里时，他决定要和蓝天好好的走下去。可是，就在这个节骨眼上，意外和麻烦接踵而至，蓝天失踪，不知所措的黄斗不知该何去何从。
