Synopsis
沃尔特·史蒂华由于某种原因，受到上级好评，提升为“阿尔巴卡”号潜艇的舰长。舰长大卫·廉纳对沃尔特的到来感到十分高兴。沃尔特在上任前的度假途中巧遇珍·海佛，但他不知道珍就是大卫的女友……“阿尔巴卡”号在大西洋成功地击毁了德国军舰。胜利返航后，沃尔特与珍的爱恋之情日深，大卫与沃尔特在知晓此事后，关系恶化。潜艇又一次出战，两个情场对手终于在战场上同仇敌忾，把国家利益放在第一位，大获全胜。有情人终成眷属……
