Synopsis
一个筒子楼里住着三个男人，一个虽落魄但依然坚持音乐梦想的小歌手魏晨，一个大学毕业一直找工作的菜鸟佳林，一个百无聊赖吊儿郎当的社会青年谢东宝。他们三人的生活轨迹，除了住在同一个筒子楼，面对同一个包租公老王之外，几无交集。生活不可能没有任何改变，他们三人波澜不惊的生活都急需要一个猛烈的浪头，打破一如既往的平静，而一场“疯狂的摇滚”比赛，将三个生活轨迹近乎平行的人拉扯在一起，并彻底改变了他们的人生！
