Synopsis
白小平父亲的集团破产，白小平沦为普通的无业游民，租住在杂乱的街道破房，当惯了公子哥的白小平身无一技之长暂无内容。每天混迹街头的白小平，在自己生活很拮据的前提下还特别喜欢多管闲事，在这个过程中他认识了一些朋友。一次偶然的机会，他得知某栏目要举办喜剧比赛，他和他的朋友们一起报名参加，最终凭借令人笑中带泪的作品打动了评委获得了比赛冠军。
