Synopsis
Amy是个年近30的犹太人，写了一本很成功的小说名叫《如何爱》，内容是帮助那些没有恋爱过的女人寻找真爱。其实她自己也是独守空闺4年，而且似乎从来没有达到过那种飘飘欲仙的境界。她从她的朋友，同事，家人，甚至她忏悔的牧师那里得到了很多的关于“爱”的建议，所以当她开始和LA的帅哥Matthew Starr约会时，心理非常矛盾，到底这些关于“爱”的理论是不是在每个人身上都适用呢？
