Synopsis
苏庆亮被委派到大陡山担任书记23年间，舍小家顾大家，带领全村百姓治水修路，绿化荒山，艰苦创业，把一个穷乱出名的后进村建设成为村强民富、环境优美、村风和谐的全国绿色小康村，最终积劳成疾，英年早逝。
