Synopsis
我最大的遗憾是，你的遗憾也与我有关。明明互相喜欢，却不得不接受命运的安排。向言（何蓝逗 饰）和林衡宇（曹煜辰 饰）从小相识，因故分开，大学又因一场啼笑皆非的闹剧重逢。一个是前途光明的外科大神，一个是家境优渥的绘画才女，怀揣着从校服到婚纱的美好憧憬，带着众人羡慕的目光，未来也在一步步规划中徐徐展开，但无法预料的阻碍也悄悄到来……
