Synopsis
包公（金超群饰）出巡金陵，发现地方官私征重税，百姓敢怒不敢言。原来金陵王曹鸿（唐国强饰）觊觎大宋江山，多年来招兵买马，誓光复沙佗王国，更不惜高尔夫球女儿玉兰（王彬饰）嫁予都督苏宴（邵峰饰），且利诱包拯为其效力。大将军钱承刚俗揭发曹鸿阴谋，不料祸及满六，其子金戈（孙耀威饰）侥幸生还，却与玉兰互生情愫……
