Synopsis
解放初期，东北某地。工程师周昌民（陶金暂无内容饰）研制的军工产品引起了境外敌方注意，台湾特务组织派遣白秉忠（韩非暂无内容饰）冒充周好友的侄儿混入军工企业，并一度获董厂长（凌之浩暂无内容饰）信任。白的到来引起公安部门高度重视，派专人对其进行监视。白伺机窃取保险柜钥匙，石神父（陈述暂无内容饰）配钥匙时引起锁匠(傅伯堂暂无内容饰)怀疑，既向公安局告发，此事给董厂长敲响了警钟，他责成加强内部保卫工作。不久，白秉忠窃走图纸，并威逼利诱周昌民跟他一起赴香港，此时周昌民已看清了白秉忠的特务嘴脸，他及时向领导作了汇报，并指出白盗走的不过是一份假图纸，真图纸早已转移。特务头子何主教（于飞暂无内容饰）遂起杀人之心......
