Synopsis
座頭市はある宿場町で、医者の順庵と娘お志津を助けて悪玉ヤクザ・松五郎と対決する。市は深手を負いながらも松五郎一家と用心棒・弦八郎を倒すが、弦八郎は順庵の息子だった……。野川由美子がイキのいい姐御ぶりをみせる。
