Synopsis
近未来の東京。民営化された私立国分刑務所に収監される雑賀（さいが）力王は、囚人ながら正義と義侠心に厚い若者だった。だがそんな力王が目障りな刑務所の運営者たちは、彼の抹殺を計画。同じ囚人にして高い戦闘力を備えた鳴海と黄泉を刺客に送り込む。「お前の悪事はおれが地獄へ運んでやる!!」の決め台詞を放ち、襲い来る敵を迎え撃つ力王。その戦いの行方は？
