Synopsis
凯瑟琳是一位独立世故、拘谨严肃的英国女子，独自生活在伦敦切尔西，与一位已婚男子有染。突然一天，她的世界天翻地覆，她回家时发现一个毫无教养、腿上多毛的新西兰女子正在她的客厅喝啤酒。这名叫雪莉的女子自称是凯瑟琳的同父异母姐妹，而凯瑟琳也获知自己的父亲并没有死，还试图霸占两个母亲留给两个女儿的财产。雪莉不愿离去，凯瑟琳又恼怒又绝望，雪莉不情愿地做了DNA测试，让凯瑟琳意外的是，结果显示两人确有血缘关系。两人于是摒弃前嫌，决定共同追回属于自己的一份正当财产。这一路中，欢笑不断，结局皆大欢喜。
