Synopsis
入世纪末叶，京城之内出现了一群武艺高强且极富正义感的侠客，专门惩治武林败类，义除赃官，抚弱济贫，人称“京城镖局”，为首的就是闻名遐尔的大刀王五，他们不仅除恶扬善还投身救国。戊戌变法失败后，兄弟们齐心协办，深入牢营解救谭嗣同出狱，但谭嗣同仍以忠君为本，谢绝了镖局兄弟一片侠情义胆，慨然就义，王五等人只好洒泪告别。随后他们又开始了暗杀窃国大盗袁世凯的计划……
