Synopsis
重案督察西狗（张晋饰）与搭档阿德（吴樾饰）到某渔村追捕涉嫌多桩凶案的歹徒江贵成，却意外发现大量被虐杀的帮派分子尸体和数额惊人的黑市黄金，一场各怀鬼胎的混战因西狗和阿德的闯入变成了整个江湖针对两个警察的困兽之斗，随着调查，西狗发现拥有超高犯罪才智的江贵成竟然嚣张到要借十号风球的天威，谋划跨国掠夺一批价值超过五亿的海底黑金，自己和阿德竟也成了他计划中的棋子，不仅得不到警方支援还被通缉，就在此时，阿德被帮派绑架为人质，贵成已经出海，西狗必须独闯狂风怒海，当狂性被绝境激发，当兽性被贪欲操控，真相和善恶哪个更重？唯有血战八方才能力挽狂澜！
