Synopsis
影片《四年、两个小伙、一段情》从Kawi创作的《少爷女朋友》丛书得到灵感，用浓厚的言情色彩述说三个好友琼、俊和诚之间的爱情和友情故事。琼是一个有个性、悖逆的姑娘。经历了浪漫天真的学生时代后，琼爱上同班同学俊。但命运弄人，在琼接受俊求爱的那天，俊遭遇事故去世了。四年过去，琼一直视为小弟的诚也爱上了琼，后来诚在琼的帮助下成为著名演员。在一切都是那么美好、平静的时候，俊突然以Ken的名字出现，还是诚和琼公司里新的顶头上司。俊的回归引发三人之间许多棘手的问题，并泄露了许多当年的秘密。
