Synopsis
《变形计》是湖南卫视继《超级女声》后重点研发的一档生活类角色互换节目，纪录片+真人秀模式的创新节目，号称“新生态纪录片”。这档节目结合当下社会热点，寻找热点中的当局人物，安排他们进行互换人生体验，参与节目的双方就在七天之中互换角色，体验对方的生活。节目同时全程每天24小时跟拍，粗加剪辑后原生态播出。
