Synopsis
一群性格各异的少男少女因重疾在医院相识。本着“我命由我不由天”的信念，“癌症初体验”的程晖和“病娇三好生”路语晴，在“重症钉子户”铁哥的倡导下抱团取暖，用乐观的精神和戏谑的态度干翻病魔。纵使提前几十年经历了人生的巨变，但少年们用他们独特的青春气息和乐观精神，感染着身边的人——患有卵巢癌的酷飒女痞子丽总、孤独症的沉默少年天然、以及因对抗霸凌而成为植物人的糖糖……在苦涩的现实中寻找幸福，在青春的陪伴下期待明日有晴天。
