Synopsis
故事发生在20世纪90年代，医科大学生秋水（韩庚 饰）和宿舍好友厚朴（张博宇 饰）、黄芪（杨迪 饰）、辛夷（赵一维 饰）在插科打诨、学习玩乐的过程中，靠写武侠小说赚取零花。他曾有过一段刻骨铭心的初恋，而今则和极度自律的女孩白露（齐溪 饰）享受着校园爱情。意外的邂逅让他结识了充满成熟气息的美人柳青（范冰冰 饰），接下来的一系列事件则让柳青闯入了秋水的人生。他有意无意隐藏着和白露正在交往的事实，另一边则与柳青在暧昧中欢声笑语。青春有甜蜜，青春有懊悔，正因为无法重来一遍，才让每一次的喜怒哀乐都那么刻骨铭心且永生难忘…… 本片根据冯唐的小说改编。
