Synopsis
一位被公认为社会公敌的贩毒头子终于落网，但为了报复和脱罪，他不惜指使手下以炸弹对付拒绝保释的法官，和主持调查这宗案件的督察和干探。另一方面，警方为了取得毒贩指使杀人的证据，派出卧底干探亲近毒贩最亲密的女友，找出毒贩借刀杀人的证据，一场斗智斗勇的战争随之而展开了。
