Synopsis
二十世纪初，巴塞罗那恶夜街头，谣传有着一辆血色马车针对穷人家的小孩下手，被掳去神祕场所的女童，将会面临失去心肝的下场。一直以来无人闻问，直到富家千金失踪才引起轩然大波。饱受失眠与恶梦所苦的记者，直觉事有蹊跷，深入调查之际，警方却引导媒体将矛头指向一名性格乖张的女子，称其就是虐杀孩童的「吸血鬼」。黑暗中的真相，若就此拨云见日，那他的恶梦又为何持续不断。
