Synopsis
深圳特区主干道高速公路上发生了一起抢劫案，劫匪在客车里浇满了汽油，威逼乘客交出钱财。混乱中客车发生爆炸，司机和一名老人当场死亡，劫匪抢走了一只手提箱。此案震惊中国内外，东平市决定成立成立全国唯一一支交警队伍中的刑警中队--雷霆纵横大队刑警中队，来对付日益猖獗的路霸团伙。
