Synopsis
故事发生在热闹的蓝鲸市，桂宝（王云飞配音）是一个半吊子科学家，成天发明的尽是一些稀奇古怪的玩意儿，惹出了不少的麻烦，也闹了许多笑话。因此，忍无可忍的市长颁布了禁令，禁止桂宝再搞发明。
