Synopsis
秦锐大学毕业以后选择了参军，可是到了部队发现理想和现实差距太大。他和其他士兵相比，体能差，训练拖后腿，被别的班嘲笑。而且自由散漫习惯了的他与坚决服从命令的部队要求显得格格不入。副班长对他非常不满意，但是班长林忠始终相信他能成为一名优秀的士兵，一次演练，秦锐没有服从命令导致班长意外受伤，想起班长对自己的教育和关怀，秦锐发奋训练，最终成为了一名优秀的战士。
