Synopsis
一九二七年南昌起义后，大病未愈的周恩来来到上海参与中共中央的领导工作，直到一九三一年撤往江西的中央苏区。这四年时间正是国民党白色恐怖最为残酷的关键时期。电视剧《周恩来在上海》真实生动地展现了周恩来在这段特殊时期所进行的特殊战斗，为党、为人民建立的鲜为人知的特殊功勋。
