Synopsis
高级督察赵快乐在一次围剿劫匪行动中，不幸被子弹打中头部，需要休养九个月。赵复出之日，有四个积犯，在监房发难，胁持一电脑专家死火德及杀死惩教署人员越狱，警方高层震动，令赵快乐与资深警员臭口金合作缉捕四匪。死火德未婚妻伥鸡英尚在狱中服刑；为求查出死火德行踪，赵假释伥鸡英出狱作为警方线人，同时展开全面展开追查行动……
