Synopsis
生长在田野乡村的印度女孩蔻茜（艾西瓦娅·拉杰什饰）从小便是父亲穆鲁格桑宠爱的小公主，她经常被当作幸运之星随父亲观看板球比赛。他们为了主队的胜利欢呼雀跃，也因为主队的失利黯然神伤。在这样的潜移默化之中，蔻茜也渐渐迷上了板球这项运动。可是，在当时的社会，女孩打板球少之又少，学校里更没有针对女生开设相关课程。执拗的蔻茜只得在课后跟着村里的哥哥们屁股后面，看他们在场上挥洒汗水，并日夜偷偷练习。
