Synopsis
故事发生在从10年前发生了的“同时多发无气力症”的灾难中恢复的未来型新兴城市"绫风市"。相隔10年之久，高中生神乡慎与弟弟洵在绫风市遇到了担任绫风市警察署长的哥哥谅。 而这个时候，在绫风市正发生了各种各样的怪异事件。作为警察署长的神乡谅一直在追查着潜藏在这一连串怪异事件背后的神秘组织。而被卷入某件事件的神乡慎“persona”能力和形态觉醒过来。兄弟们的命运的齿轮现在开始转动……。
