Synopsis
刚果穷小子自力更生，拿一把斧头走入丛林，以过人意志，独力砍大树，土法制木炭。辛苦都不怕，他梦想活得好一点，可以亲手为妻子及女儿造个安乐窝。只有一辆单车，载满一袋袋沉甸甸的木炭，他一个人推着上路，长途跋涉，期望送到镇上能卖个好价钱。公路旅程却多险阻，有人拦路「收陀地」，顾客压价佔便宜。人情凉薄，向上天祷告可会有奇迹出现？摄影师出身的嘉哈，以出色影像与纪实目光，近距离捕捉这段犹如薛西弗斯推石上山的卖炭人生。夺第70届戛纳电影节影评人周大奖。
