Synopsis
医学生哈娜长期深陷身材焦虑与暴食循环，暗恋着健身房教练阿拉尼亚。偶遇瘦身成功的旧识后，她接触到一款效果逆天的天价减肥神药，拆解成分后发现核心原料竟是人类骨灰。无力承担药费的哈娜利用医学生身份便利，偷取解剖课上肥胖女性的遗体骨骼，自行烧制骨灰制作减肥药。随着体重持续下降，一只饥饿的肥胖女性鬼魂开始缠上她，哈娜的身体越瘦削，鬼魂的体型就越庞大、攻击性越强，一步步把她拖进生理与精神的双重深渊。
