Synopsis
非典期间，病毒肆虐，姚远（郭品超 饰）和林雨桐（杨紫 饰）却以此为契机相识相知。一晃眼多年过去，进入大学深造的两人在校园之中意外的重逢了。顺理成章地，姚远和林雨桐走到了一起，开始了他们漫长而又甜蜜的爱情长跑。然而，本以为最终会携手步入婚姻殿堂的两人，却在阴差阳错之中分道扬镳，自此再无联系。 之后，姚远成为了一名工程师，并且结识了名为沈馨（高雅轩 饰）的温柔女子。父亲姚文成（焦恩俊 饰）的身体一直不好，于是，姚远决定和沈馨结婚，了却父亲的心愿。然而，就在两人的结婚典礼上，大学室友乔治的出现带来了下落不明的林雨桐当年隐瞒的秘密，这个秘密让姚远心中五味杂陈，不知未来该如何选择。
