Synopsis
据地疟疾肆行，非战斗减员十分严重，黑风奉总部之命，回北平搞药品。他制定了一个声东击西，以假乱真的“黑风计划”，在与内部奸细介壳虫、敌特头目清水、高桥一番斗智斗勇后，终于成功地把药品运回了根据地。
