Synopsis
讲述了七十年代中期，，马春霞（宋春丽饰演）生下杨辉（沙溢饰演），李宝成（侯天来饰演）认为儿子不是亲生骨肉，将其遗弃。街道工人杨妈（奚美娟饰演）虽家境贫困，却将杨辉培养成人。苦寻30年的马春霞，终于找到儿子。因为认子问题，生母和养母发生矛盾。危难时刻，身为博士后的脑外专家杨辉，成功为患有脑中风的养母做了开颅手术，后给病入膏肓的生母捐献了一颗肾，体现了可贵的情与缘。最终，杨辉与自己心爱的姑娘张晓平喜结良缘。
