Synopsis
明星主编陆昀之（彭楚粤 饰）为人严谨自律，尤其对时间分秒必究，是个作息规律、早睡早起的“人形时钟”。与他相反，新人小作家禾真（王承渲 饰）向来乐观随性，为了写作常年昼夜颠倒、作息混乱，自称是“夜行动物”。两个性格、作息都截然相反的人原本不该产生交集，却在一个日全食的日子，因为一对神秘古钟而互换了生物钟，不得不开始一段同居生活。从开始的不情不愿，到后来的互相倾心，傲娇主编与元气甜妹之间不知不觉间滋长出了一段甜蜜爱恋。
