Synopsis
影片是著名编剧马泉来以上世纪七、八十年代前门大碗茶创业故事为原型创作的。讲述了改革开放初期街道干部、共产党员尹盛喜（剧中名李盛奇）带领一批没有工作的返城知青从两分钱一碗的大碗茶开始，自谋职业艰苦创业，克服困难转变观念，成为改革开放时期先进典型代表的故事。充分展示了改革开放以来北京城市发展变化以及人们思想观念的转换。影片由张双利、石小满、谢联担当主演，其他演员中90%为北京籍的专业演员。
